10 King Tower is a High rise (170 Meter tallest in Jeddah by 2011) an Office building with 38 level, 136,000 Square Meter Build Up Area, Biggest LED Screen in the world (almost 10,000 Square Meter). Other than parking building and hi-end offices the tower includes Showrooms and restaurant in ground floor and mezzanine.
