27,000 Square Meter IKEA international standard Showroom. International record time for IKEA Showrooms construction (as in 2004). Project’s first Steel column erected Dec.26th 2003, Preliminary handing over to operator Apr. 15th 2004. (Less than 4 months construction period) Project Includes Two Stories Showroom, Restaurants, Kiosks, triple height storage area, Ancillary Buildings and supporting offices. This store was one of the first projects in Riyadh that implement environmental saving codes and power saving procedures.
