Scope of work: Fit out works including: Finishing, security, electromechanical and Firefighting. Some projects include Civil works (Turn Key Projects) and some projects includes design and build.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Following Saudi and International standard & codes to design (in some projects) and build 32 Panda Projects. Scope varied from design and build to modify existing stores into approved PANDA standards. Projects area varied from 4,000 to 24,000 Square Meters and execution period varied from 45 to 120 days. PANDAs always been rush projects.
