<p> New Headquarter tower for the esteemed Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries &amp; Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO ADDWAEIH) a tower of 29 levels consists of 4 Parking and services basements, Ground floor, 21 Offices floors, 2 Mechanical Floors and roof. </p>

ARAMCO North Park Office Complex.

ARAMCO North Park Office Complex (MDRA) build across a 538,037 Square Meters plot, Includes Mirrored Double Tower with Area of 77,630 Square Meters, around 3,500 offices, and many ancillary buildings.

IKEA Showroom

27,000 Square Meter IKEA international standard Showroom. International record time for IKEA Showrooms construction (as in 2004). Project’s first Steel column erected Dec.26th 2003, Preliminary handing over to operator Apr. 15th 2004. (Less than 4 months construction period) Project Includes Two Stories Showroom, Restaurants, Kiosks, triple height storage area, Ancillary Buildings and supporting offices. This store was one of the first projects in Riyadh that implement environmental saving codes and power saving procedures.

PANDA Hypermarkets & Supermarkets.

Following Saudi and International standard & codes to design (in some projects) and build 32 Panda Projects. Scope varied from design and build to modify existing stores into approved PANDA standards. Projects area varied from 4,000 to 24,000 Square Meters and execution period varied from 45 to 120 days. PANDAs always been rush projects.

PANDA Distribution Center – Riyadh

<p> SAVOLA Central Region Distribution Center. Automated robotic loading/unloading Drones with Total area of 210,000 Square Meter. This massive size warehouse includes 60,000 Square Meter Dry storage area with temperature control at 24-27 Degrees Centigrade, a 38,000 Square Meter Cold Rooms (from -28 to +3 Degrees Centigrade) and supporting services. The project has a unique hi-tech complex Firefighting system cover all the project on a hi-risk bases including Fast response sprinklers, In Rack sprinklers, FM200, CO2, Air sprinklers, Deluge/Sniffer system that control Mixed Water/Glycol sprinkler system for freezer rooms. </p>
